Yes, your complaint is even more valid with that non-sense rider.

AS just keep digging themselves into a non-BPA shaped hole.
What is their thumbscrew 'evidence'? Not that it will mean anything.

You already asked this once, the answer is still "no".
    Je suis Charlie.
  • thanks, in one post it said to include a CC i have now sent the email without it, theres about 11 days left before AS Parking will apparantly send a rejection of appeal unless i pay the fine or produce a "valid" appeal, i will now just sit tight and await a reply from the BPA

    It's not a FINE!
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
  • yes sorry, i know its not a fine, anyway the BPA have immediatly replied saying that they will look into the matter immediatly :-)
  • Just an update, its been 3 weeks since i have sent the complaint to the BPA.

about 10 days ago i asked for an update and was told they allow the ppc 2 weeks to respond to thier investigation and i will be contacted as soon as its done.

there has been no other correspondance from as parking who originally said they will allow 14 days for an appeal in my "own words" or they will issue a rejection letter on grounds of the original appeal not being valid

i can only think that as parking are in a sticky spot at the moment and thats the reason for no further correspondance as yet....
  • Dear ********

    BPA – *****
I have investigated your complaint with the operator and can advise as follows.

The operator advised he offered you a further opportunity to submit an appeal regarding your ticket. The operator advised he would have formally rejected your appeal if nothing further was received. However, instead the operator has cancelled the parking charge notice and no further action will be taken.

In view of the above, I have closed the investigation.

Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention.

    Kind regards,

    AOS Investigations Team

cheers for everyone that helped :-) appreciated!
  • Well done Dantheman.

I bet poor old Kev was not best pleased at having to cancel the charge.
