Sorry if it's been answered before, but can Egg Money Manager show betting accounts?0

I opened a Cafe Bingo account through Quidco. You need to wager £10 but they credit quidco account with £20 and then you get to play on the slots £10 wager plus £5 extra bonus.
There minimum up £20 by the end of the day even if you loose0 -
I haven't signed up with Cafe Bingo but I doubt whether it's that easy. There'll be a thread on it somewhere.
They probably won't pay out the quidco unless you're a genuine bingo player who makes a number of deposits..0 -
Cafe Bingo clearly state that required play is £10. It has tracked already on my quidco account - although it is true that nothing is garanteed until they pay out... however that said I think I am on a winner ! I will keep you up to date.0

Does anyone know whether this is safe to use, and would a bank or credit card company know that you were using it?
Thanks
I'm not entirely sure about this however, but you might be personally liable 'if' anything happened to your personal information as according to the terms and conditions placed upon you by the various banks etc, you and you alone should know those personal information. By signing up to a service such as this run by Egg, what you're doing in effect, is disclosing your personal information to a third party and trusting that nothing will happen to that information.
So if the worse thing happens and someone gets hold of ALL your personal information in one breach (passwords, account numbers etc) from the Egg site, then you will nothing to fall back on unless Egg will replace/compensate what you've lost.
Just a thought unless someone can either add or reassure folks like myself on this issue because I couldn't possibly 'put all my eggs in one basket' so to speak as far as personal information is concerned.0 -
Is it ok if the non-egg credit card you add has a zero balance? Thanks

Glad I looked into this further - Went to egg website as have egg loan which was a transferred balance from egg card 2 years ago. Kept an eye on loan through postal updates but not checked card account as assumed balance was 0. Discovered there is £56 credit in card account which has been sitting there for the past 2 years! This tip made me a bit more than a tenner!!!:j0

I know security has been talked about before but I think I can put it in simple terms:
1) The security is only as good as your computer is secure
2) It is a single point of failure
Technical:
So, someone with the know-how could potentially find where the passwords are stored they have your login details. Though probably slightly encyrpted, this could be held in a file like:
.ies4linux/ie6/drive_c/windows/profiles/<user>/Local\ Settings/Application\ Data/Microsoft/Internet\ Explorer/MSIMGSIZ.DAT
(as you can see I couldn't find the password store)Order of events: Banks lose our money -> get bailed out -> were inflating GBP to cover it -> now taxing us -> next will grab your funds direct -> things get really desperate to balance the books. What should have happened?: banks go bust and we lost our money much quicker0 -
I've made several attempts to open a savings account online, but keep getting an 'unconfigured screen' message. I've emailed egg but in the meantime can anybody help me please?0
