  • I am new to this website and I cannot find how you post a new thread?

I bought a MP3 for my son on behaf of Father Christmas. When we opened the MP3 on Xmas day my son had over 250 songs on it. I assumed it was complimentery by the manafacturer.

On inserting the MP3 to my computer with my three children sitting next to me I discovered there was video footage of !!!!!! three times! With photographs of children and a family.

I quickly turned the screen off and told the to go out of the room. I told my son Max his MP3 has run out of batteries. He is upset as it was his main Christmas present. My older son of 9yrs looked confused at the screen.

I am not at all happy on the situation I was put in and my children. And my son Max has to do without his MP3. The downloads were done back in 2008!

Last year for Max's present bought from ToysRUs the trains had been taken out of the bag unknow to us. Untill my son then 5yrs opened the bag. This time I want to sue ToysRUs can anyone please advise?

re: argos, compensation no, complain yes, as the manager needs to do a better job of running his store. I've been there, you go to the back off the store ring the bell and no one answers, it's a real pain in the !!!!.
