i did n't complain on site because after waiting that long i just wanted to get out of the bloody place as i had a wife and restless baby- any way where i made complaint is irrelevant - do argos state "complain at store only"????? - why do they have an email facility for it then?????
"I've read several threads today which seem to have the "what the heck" mentality - let it go. I suppose IMHO the problem with this, is poor customer service will just get poorer." ceeboy thank you as at times the unwarranted sneering can be irritating.
i simply asked objectively what forummers would expect in response i did NOT demand compensation !!!!!!

"my question is should i be compensated in any way or no? - what would you expect in reponse if it was your complaint?
thanks"
What the heck do you feel you deserve compensation for? so you had to wait longer than expected even though there was no guarentee of your wait time. Heck, I think I'll go back to the McDonalds Drive-Thru and ask for compensation since I had to wait for the cheeseburger I ordered when I was told it would be ready instantly :rolleyes:0 -
Why did you wait 15 minutes if you were advised 5?
If I was told 5 minutes I'd have gone to find out what's happening at 6 minutes! You have no case. you should have complained at the time and the manager may well have just found out what was happening themselves!
As for mentioning wife and restless baby, could your wife not look after the baby herself, or do you have to look after both of them?0 -
