    This rain is depressing:(

DH spent yesterday morning mucking out the outlet pipe from the washing machine - it was gross - and managed to snap the thing off at the wall in the process! Waiting for the plumber to get back to me re that one!
And the dryer bit of the wm/dryer still doesn't work - the thing's only 18 months old and this is the second time it has packed up. Still using it to wash, although it is making funny noises. Tried to log onto the manufacturers website to request a repair, only to find they have changed it, I had to reregister again, and change the password which took an age because none of my suggestions were good enough. Finally got in only to discover that my 5 year warranty has been downgraded to 24 months!!!!
Just tried to check to see if they had got back with a date only to discover that they think my password is wrong!! And I'm still waiting for the email with the 'forgotten' password to be sent. Not a happy bunny. We seem to be suffering from quite a run of things like this going wrong - not major things, but lots of them and all time consuming to sort out.
Still, I have managed to sort out 4 paper hotspots which were building, and wiped around all the kitchen surfaces.
    I need to -
sew labels on DS clothes for sixth form
    sort out money stuff
plan out the next half term's work for DD - I had done this but we have now received a Dyson box containing lots of design ideas and a cleaner to dismantle - lots of good ideas but I need to rearrange the other stuff I had planned as this has to go back in 4 weeks.
fill in the diary for at least this half term
try and clean something - anything will do cos it all needs doing!

Wish me luck with the wm/dryer!
    May spend - £291.40/£320.00
    June spend - £106.40/£320.00

Good luck with the wm 2childmum.

My day is progressing in an odd sort of order. I have optimism that all tasks will get done eventually. Good job DH is on late night.

Still to do (as a minimum):

    Walk dogs
    Groom dogs
    Hoover through
Spend less now, work less later.

We're in of sorts. Sorry I've not caught up with the thread properly as DD is breathing down my neck to get back on her laptop.

The livingroom is now wallpapered, and we're leaving it today to make sure its fully dried before painting it. So today I'm cleaning & doing some necessary online shopping.

Can't wait until next week when DD goes back to school as she's driving me crazy now :wall:

Off to make some lunch and attack the kitchen again

I've done my paid stuff for the day and have offered to help a colleague but no reply yet. And I'm finishing at half past ;)

I've also made a review appt at the docs for DD meds and I have received a copy of the hospital letter to my GP so I'll check they've received it too when we go on Thu. I've written out what needs to be done between now and next fri, and who is helping with the kiddies when, so feel much better about my little op. I'm not concerned about the hospital itself (I was sent to a private one as the waiting list is too long :T) but more around how I'll manage with the kiddies. But all the grannies have pulled together and it's sorted :T

I just need to pay the childcare bill for September and get the uniforms out for labelling (which I'll do on thu).

Kitchen has had a wipe round on my lunch break and 2 lots of bedding washed so I'll go replace those shortly.

Ouch, kazw get it under some cold water :(
