  • I really like the thread; it's the first time I've been able to see housework as lots of small achievable tasks instead of one huge mammoth one that I don't have time to do. :j

    Thank you all!!

I've already made the bed, cleared the dirty laundry from my bedroom, dusted the top of the walnut chest of drawers, and started clearing the pine table in the bedroom. All little :)

In our house, when things break, we just pretend they still work

    Morning

Thank you for all the lists ladies, I am 'trying' to follow them.

    So far today:-
    Stripped bed and remade
    Gathered up all washing
    Hoovered whole house
    Fed cat
    Made a shopping list
    Cleaned oven (yuk)
    Cleaned kitchen
    Cleaned out fridge
    Put out recycling stuff
    Clean all toilets
Wm x 2 on the go, not too sure yet how to dry it all, as it is raining here.
Emptied hoovered and cleaned bagless thingy.
    Checked bank account
Rung Tesco and order new loyality card as I seem to have lost mine off my key ring.
Currently at wrk 2, and seem to have done most things here, so will hoover round here, then go to tesco and buy food.
Then I am not too sure what to do next................want to garden, but I am not getting wet.....

    Have a good day xx

    Happy Birthday

  • Morning - thanks for list Dusty and for last week's Natty. I am in. Welcome to newby Gollymissus and happy birthday Mummyroys.

Have a bad back which is just a niggle but means I can't get comfy or get the motivation to do much! However I have already consolidated my paperwork [STRIKE]frog/[/STRIKE] cane toad into one box in the living room so I plan to do several HHC on that over the next few days to try and reduce it massively before the end of September!!!

Just about to do HHI or a double HHI - anyone joining me? Pretty please!!!

    Welcome back pigpen

Happy birthday mummyroys hope you have a super day.

We were up and out early, but back now and having an early lunch. Home made wedges and ham for the littlies, chorizo and bean soup for me.

Dad is visiting soon then we are going to mums later and the kids are staying there till tomorrow aft as I'm back at work.

Kitchen tickled as it was mostly done yesterday. Just a few bits to put away. So after lunch it's play time.
