Ooh healthy vibes for pigpens grandbeast.

Didn't realise how late it was. We are all washed and dressed but my hair is still wet. I've done all if upstairs. Dusting, vaccing, tidying, bathrooms and I've sorted DD wardrobe ready for school and autumn, although I've kept some summer stuff out as the forecast is nice for next week. She could do with a couple of plain white tshirt for nursery. But I've a huge pile for the CS.

I will make some lunch then do the same with DS. I have my laundry pen too so labelling as I go :T

Boys don't want to go to London now so Dancemum don't feel guilty, kids need down time. We are going to use the 2 free JL cake vouchers instead and I'll get some milk and bits in town.

Need to take a hoover bag up to DS1 at work now and show him how to change it; they have my old hooover atm.

Argh this dishwasher is driving me crazy. Added up cuboard, door, handle and plinth and it's more than I want to pay so that idea seems out of the question too

  • Hi - thanks Mrs M-P - it was the Mirror for the Aldi voucher - but I got one in the end. Sure my local papershop had taken them all off for their regulars and the supermarkets were late receiving theirs!

I'll be in Aldi first thing tomorrow before the hoards.

Just finished lunch after vol job and have met another load of lovely volunteers - just wish I was good at remembering names!

Going to do a triple HHC at 2.30 anyone joining me?

Can we have some *perfectly healthy* vibes please? ... My daughter is having to go to hospital to get the baby's heart checked because it has a funny heartbeat today. One of the side effects of her sicky meds is heart defects so she is really scared and worried.
Vibes duly on their way. Pls keep us posted.

I've had to come to terms that I just can't do it as I get shooting pains in my tendons in my arms and have to rub Ibuprofen gel on them. Am thinking I may sell my wool and even maybe my beloved HiyaHiya circulars *muffled sob*.
I sympathise totally. I'm still working (or not, lol) on the waistcoat I posted about last October/November. I'm now on the narrow bands to go round the sleeves and up the front; they're only 10-stitch rows, but I can currently only do 2 rows at a time *weeps silently into coffee*

Folks, apologies for not posting for last two days - been in far too much pain, and way too tired to put a coherent post together.:(

We have Mr LW's pal coming over tonight - hoping to get him to lift a suitcase off the top of the wardrobe so that I can stash Mr LW's overnight bag and travel wash kit in it, then get him to put it back; also get him to haul the loft ladder down for Mr LW to go up and get some storage boxes ready to pack up the kitchen, then put ladder back up for us. Mr LW is still not really healed enough to risk doing these, and I certainly can't manage them, so hopefully A won't mind.

I also want him to do Lizzie's holiday snap for me to email to the franchisee - I thought it'd be nice, for once, to have a pic with me and Mr LW with the Canine Guest.:o Just to explain, each dog gets to take home a pic of them with the host, plus a "postcard" which I have to do half from me and half as if written by the dog! The postcard is the hardest bit of the whole Dog-sitting job!!:D
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

Back from the film. Ds2 enjoyed it. We popped in at dancegran & dancepop's house on the way home but no one was there.

Towels are tumbling as weather is changeable.

DD1 just messaged saying the baby is fine :) MW was wrong thank goodness...

Christmas stuff all piled in the cupboard

1 box of stuff which has been full of crap for the last 10 years!!! is now sorted and 90% binned!!!

Chest of drawers emptied of Pixie stuff and filled with Moomin stuff.. I need 2 more chests of drawers and we're going with the 1 set of bunks... that way the bunks will fit where Tiddles current single is and Pixies cot can go where Dots bed is and Dot can go where Squeaks bed is. it means smallest amount of furniture shuffling!
