I have another car now. I could sell it for double what I sold it her for.

I mean, I have the v5 document, she needs that to get tax, what will she do then?
Likewise, if she doesn't tax it or register it as off road I pay the fine, it's a double edged sword0 -

ok, well if she won't agree to return the car (could you meet halfway, she brings the keys and you bring the cash?) then I think your only option is to go to small claims.0 -
I agree that for £100 it hardly seems worth it, but it's the principal. I am also sure I would be able to add costs onto it as well...
But like I say, it's a standoff, without evidence in theory the car is mine, so her insurance is also void0
