You would do sooo much better to simply read other threads exactly like yours instead of responding on your own thread and staying isolated, hoping for one reply. Your thread slipped to page three because we get so busy here - but we cover this every day and you can find this sort of thread yourself:

When you get a Letter before Claim from Gladstones, or court papers, search the forum first for 'Gladstones claim' or similar - or just read the first few pages here as many other threads are about Gladstones claims and threats of claims.
Your letter is OK. It will not be read but you will get a reply going on about 'Elliot v Loake' (search words to find threads about that are fairly obvious!). Examples of reply letters and defences for all stages v Gladstones rubbishy threats & claims are everywhere.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Coupon-mad
I had searched for Gladstones and read up, but it's the fact that it's been so long since hearing anything on this charge, I didn't know whether to reply to them direct. So should I send the letter to DRPL too? And is it worth complaining to BPA again about their breaches? I never did get a formal rejection letter or POPLA code, so am a bit lost0
