So what, if someone who is not in a rush wants to get the highest price possible for their property by advertising it using different agents?
You don't know anything about their mentality.
Perhaps they are completely realistic but just giving it a go to see if anyone bites, after all it costs them nothing.

Perhaps your peeved that they don't want to discount?
Well the fact is that it's theirs and they can ask whatever they like.

I don't think you can draw any conclusions at all from a single asking price.
