I have an old earthenware bread crock. It cost me £3 from a car bootWe must all suffer one of two things: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret and disappointment0

Halfcost have a real bargain bread bin, a blue and white ceramic crock for only £2.99. There is a code in the codes and vouchers section for an extra 10% off.

When we used to go caravanning, and because space was at a premium, we always used a calico shopping bag for the bread. keeps it out of the way, doesn't sweat like it does in a plaggy bag, and if you get one of the co-op bags, only costs a quid!0

Mine dont usually last that long, & if there is any left for the next day its usually used for toast, but have been using the large tub of this collection for cakes & its been keeping them lovely & fresh & at these prices im surprised they havent sold out, because the lock & lock style tubs are usually quite expensive to buy.
