Yes and the Phillip Kingsley Elastacizer is great. Transformed my daughters hair!

I'll definitely be giving it a try!

For anyone who liked the H20+ that came in the box there is a fab offer on this morning...
There is a code that gives you a free deep sleep recovery cream which retails for £42. You only need to buy one item to get it and the lowest priced item is £14 although I went for the hydrating booster (£25) as I need some.

    Link is here - http://www.marksandspencer.com/l/beauty/skincare/h2o

You need to put the code in the search box and add the item to your bag and it is refunded at checkout.

Just opened my beauty box, and am really happy with it, and I got a lovely lilac purple nail polish in it!
  • Please would some lovely person post the 20% off code on the voucher board if it is the same in all boxes. Thank you.

I needn't have worried I exchanged the pants no problem! I love the moisturizer in the box, in fact I love all of it. I actually got 2, convincing myself I was buying a years worth of pants. I am a sucker for both beauty and a bargain!

Ordered some pants but didn't realise the material was going to be more like plastic than polyester (or whatever they use). Took them back to my local store and they were happy to refund. I had taken the beauty box along too, assuming they'd want that back, but was told since I'd spent £50 on undies I'd done what was required to get it, so could keep it. Delighted!

Pity M&S doesn't seem to have a consistent line on this - not what Customer Services told me. Anyone else tried returning stuff for exchange/refund - if so, please share what you were told in respect of the Beauty Box.

Just been told this by a friend:

'I bought just over £50 of stuff online and got the free Beauty Box. Returned one item which had cost £16 and was given an immediate refund - no suggestion the BB had to be returned.'

As it is printed in the middle of the text I assume that it is the same on them all. So here goes:-

I bought a lot of my stuff in the wrong size, so I exchanged them in the shop. I had bought a dressing gown which didn't look the same in real life. I looked at the others in the shop and didn't love any of them. Feeling a bit cheeky I asked what would happen if this was refunded. Thw assiatant said I would still keep the box.

Is it wrong that I wish I'd bought loads more and just taken it all back...? I think it might be, but I still wish I had!!!!!
