  • Most stores that sell knickers wont let you return them but other items are ok. Worth considering when ordering.

I have returned knickers to m and s when I bought them with matching bra and the bra did not fit, no problem with the return

My order was due today but I have now got a text and email to say it is delayed until Wednesday! Just hope it comes by Wednesday cause I ordered new undies for my holidays so its a bit time critical.

I think the beauty box is worth it, if you need lingerie/nightwear.

I love the H20 range and you're getting a full size hydrating treatment which normally sells for £27.50 although it's on offer for £22 just now.
Going to go instore and shop though as I hate their new look website.

Yes and the Phillip Kingsley Elastacizer is great. Transformed my daughters hair!

I got this and its great value I think. I hate the colour of the nail varnish though , sadly. Green yuk...

I read on this thread about not taking pants back. I bought a pair of Rosie for Autograph pants thinking I would exchange them. It didn't even occur to me they might not! Also got a slip in the wrong size- my size out of stock-assuming I could swap it when my size came back in stock. But the website says they won't accept returns of lingerie so assume this includes slips.

If they don't take them back I will have ended up paying £30 for the box!

I actually love the nail polish!! it's like a mermaid's tale :) I'm not sure about the H20 face cream, it is really sticky.
Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE :)

Pretty good deal and M&S always do excellent nightwear and lingerie. I shouldn't of left it so late as alot of thing oos sadly but managed to get 3 pairs of pjams the cotton ones which are lovely and 3 pairs of knickers on 3 for 2 and also 2 bra's for £56. I needed all these anyway (well this is what I tell myself to justify spending more money sob).

Am a bit of beauty junkie so can't wait to try the products.

you should be able to exchange the wrong size items for a different size, or something of the same value - I did this at the weekend with no problems

My order arrived today, no one was in but luckily the postie eft it in the side hatch without it being signed for.

The pyjamas are really nice and think the rest will be ok too.

The beauty box is really good - I won't use the fragrance will give that away but other products look great, really pleased with it.

Thanks OP! needed some shapewear and got lovely PJs on offer from Rosie by autograph. The beauty box was fab. Nail colours must be varied as I got supermodel, a lovely beige colour. Dries really quickly too. :)

I needn't have worried I exchanged the pants no problem! I love the moisturizer in the box, in fact I love all of it. I actually got 2, convincing myself I was buying a years worth of pants. I am a sucker for both beauty and a bargain!
