Anything you don't use/want could be added to gifts for others if making up baskets etc.

I presume you mean the toiletries not the knickers - LOL :-)

I doubt my big knickers would be much appreciated, lol.
  • Most stores that sell knickers wont let you return them but other items are ok. Worth considering when ordering.

I wasn't considering returning the knickers, just a body which I haven't tried on yet, just don't like the colour, which was described as fawn but it is not as I imagined. I might end up keeping it anyway as sometimes returning is more trouble than it's worth.

I am looking forward to receiving my order - it looks to be mainly full sized items that I have not tried before. I do like a lot of the ranges they sell now, quality seems really good.

I needed some new underwear - played it safe by ordering styles I have ordered before so I know the fit will be correct so the undies won't need returning. The other item is a £25 pair of pyjamas for my Mum - birthday or Christmas bag - until I see them I won't know if they are ok or not - but if they need returning I can't see it being a problem - after speaking to customer services - I'd just look to do an exchange, it wouldn't suppose me if they don't offer a refund or credit note without needing the box back - get the feeling there is not really a clear cut policy with returns & in theory you can return items under distance selling regs - I do a lot of my clothes shopping at M&S never had a problem with returns and even without a receipt when I've lost it they have offered a credit note. A lot of stores don't seem so flexi and generous with their returns policy.

I went to the shop yesterday and bought some shapewear and I got the beauty box. The underwear was too small for me, so I took it back with the beauty box , they refunded the shapewear and told me to keep the box! it wasn't my intention to do this , they were too small and m and s don't do size 24s, but I so chuffed to keep the box! .. it is so worth it.. most are full size items and I will use all of it.. yay to you M and S :)
Many thanks to all who contribute on MSE :)

I am looking forward to getting my new items, my undie drawer is due a good sort out!
Thanks OP (ps am collecting from my local store so no delivery charge, although I think delivery is free if spend over £50 in any case, also went through Quidco for 5% cashback too)

Had a dispatch note already - says my items will be delivered by Tuesday - I can't think they deliver Sundays or Monday with it being a bank holiday but maybe they do.
