M&S free £88 beauty box already working...

Says offer is live from 9.00 am, but has been working fine for the last couple of hours. Just be warned that your idea of lingerie and nightwear may not agree with M&S's...so check the £88 has been deducted before you hit 'pay now' at final stage of checkout.

Just had a look website states 'when you spend £50 or more on lingerie and nightwear.'
TBH cant see how this beauty box is worth anything near £88. But a freebie all the same and good if you regularly spend this amount from M&S, but if your like me very MSE I wait to buy in the sale in store.

If you read on, the link includes the following text (even M&S aren't daft enough to give away this sort of thing totally free!):

'Add this to your basket and get it for free when you spend £50 or more on lingerie and nightwear. You also get a voucher for 20% off your next beauty order! While stocks last. Beautiful bespoke gift made by us for you. Contains a great selection of our beauty brands, including: Philip Kingsley, Crabtree & Evelyn, Leighton Denny and many more.'

Works with sale items. Don't forget TCB - and this might also be the moment to donate an old unwanted M&S garment to Oxfam and get a £5 M&S voucher in return...makes it an even better freebie, although I couldn't agree more with the other poster who commented that it isn't 'worth' anything like £88.
  • I have tried the M & S site but its not removing the cost of box even though I've spent over £50 does anyone know why?

Check that you've bought items which qualify for the offer - i.e. lingerie and nightwear (and that what you've bought is under M&S's 'lingerie and nightwear' headings!).

I'm having the same problem - definitely bought stuff which is lingerie and have been right through the checkout process, but even at the final stage it isn't deducting the £88. Perhaps all 14,000 free ones have already been taken...?

Well, I placed an order to pick up tomorrow. I find their site so frustrating but maybe it is just on my computer.

Not sure I really needed any of what I ordered. If I decide not to collect (order regularly, never done that before), would they just credit my account, eventually?
