I rang yesterday and said I had received an email on 7 Jan to say to that I would be getting my rewards mid Feb. The lady said they were still sending them out in bundles and if I hadn't received them by the 28th I should ring again. She was quite abrupt and sounded bored as if she has had numerous calls.
  • perhaps shes had her fill of cake

I picked my eggs up today. They're very nice, bigger than I expected and they looked in the picture, and good enough to give away as a gift.

They're a 185g pack of Butlers Assorted Chocolate Eggs including milk truffle, white truffle, caramel, white raspberry, dark coffee, dark truffle, hazelnut praline and dark lemon.

You have to go to Customer Services to collect them, they're hidden away in a cupboard and your card needs to be scanned.

I rang again today and a very helpful man said he would put in a request for my voucher(s) to be resent but it would take 28 days!

    I've been Money Tipped!
At Stratford Westfield JL, I was told I could have scone, cream and jam with my cappucino.
    Went down a treat
  • I've just emailed as not received mine, did just get an invite to an event on 1st April. Hopefully they might reply

So... has everyone with a myJL card actually received vouchers? Or is it just a select few?

Not exactly a select few, but they do seem to have weeded out a fair number. Nobody knows (and I'm not sure JL do) how they've worked out who gets what.

There are 4 cards in my immediate family. One has a fair bit spent on it, one occasional spending, and the other two nothing. All 4 cards received exactly the same vouchers.

To add: my mum spent a lot, mainly on beauty but elsewhere in-store(to be honest the amount she spends on anything blows me away!...) and got no vouchers. None at all. I spent a reasonable amount over Christmas, less than previously and I'm sure not much by anyone else's (other than my) estimate and got 1 voucher.

I can't help but wonder if this is one big experiment to them, seeing if people vote with their feet or are affected in their spending with freebies such as these.
