I've just had a look at my account and last year I made 18 online orders and so far this year I've made 5. Plus all my in-store purchases of which I've lost count.

And yet still my husband received exactly the same voucher as me.

I've had one, or maybe two tea & cakes, so I didn't use all of my vouchers. I've just had a single one in the post.

yep , everyone in our family got the one voucher.

although technically hardly any of them will use em so that's probably at least three for me until may hehe

There isn't a John Lewis anywhere near us (that will change when the Birmingham one opens) so it's very unlikely we'd go to the trouble of visiting a distant store even with a coffee and cake incentive...

Parking is chargeable at John Lewis stores and they do not reimburse or "validate" parking tickets for customers as many of their competitors do.

I received my vouchers today.

A free drink+cake for 6th February to 27th March. Plus another voucher for £x off if I spend £x but have to activate this online (don't remember the exact values).

Bought nothing in JL since July 2014 (expensive computer purchase) and used two coffee vouchers in the last nine months.

I've got the offer of £5 off if I spend £50, and a free tea and cake voucher to use in May! What are the chances of still being able to find it then?

I got 1 voucher dated 6/2 until end of March

I got 4 free voucher tea and cake for Feb, Mar, Apr and May!! I never even used December and January as did not go to town with JL as it is a 40 min drive away! So again it seems as there is no logic to distribution of offers!

I had two .One was for drink and cake ,use by March 1 st and another for March for either drink and cake or an Easter egg

Yes, as you say, logic doesn't seem to come into it. I'd love to know how JL is working it all out. I'm beginning to suspect they have a massive tombola drum in an office somewhere, out of which 'winning numbers' are drawn at random . . .
