It made me have second thoughts about the ones we want but i like the house itself. I wonder how prepared i am to loose it.
we pondered over this one too long and lost it

We would have to get someone in to do everything as I can't hang a coat hanger let alone wallpaper so its a big job and maybe we have overestimated the repairs. probably have. I would have liked one kitted out reallyConverted comper to MSE. Thank you for all your answers!0 -
i suppose the issue is now we have seen all we want to see as we are going to be very picky because this it the house we want to live in till we grow old. There doesn't leave a lot left. I think 3 have gone up in that street in the last 7 years so we might be waiting a while. but we are in no hurry as ours isn't on the market yet anywayConverted comper to MSE. Personally I think I'd go for the more expensive house to be honest if your offer is rejected.
I live in the Midlands too. I'd love to have your budget though, Halesowen is quite expensive!0 -
do you want ours? :-) it cheap at half the priceConverted comper to MSE. Thank you for all your answers!0

Probably not cheap enough for me unfortunately! :-( It's frustrating for first time buyers, it's difficult to find a nice house in a nice area. There's some lovely houses in the worse areas but I wouldn't want to live there.0

i know what you mean. We are on the hasbury and its so quiet here. It was our first house. We worked hard and paid it off and decided to move and then came into some money making 300k not a dream anymore.
we have just looked at this one which looks massive inside

Hasbury is a nice area, I'm sure yours will sell in no time if it hasn't already! I really like that house, it needs enough work to make it your own and the garden is bigger. I think I'd struggle to pick one if I did have a bigger budget tbh because I like them all!0
