Openly anti white.......They are a charity that are trying to address the absence of diversity in the creative sector
If you look under history there are some interesting facts
"The 2011 British Census showed that that over 40% of Londoners are non-white. Yet, the 2012 Employment Census published by Skillset in July 2013 showed that ethnic minority representation across the creative industries has fallen in recent years to just 5.4% of the total workforce. At senior levels the numbers are far lower. "Recently married and loving it x0 -

Something like 95% of rap artists are non white. Should it be Ok to set up a recording company with an overt "no blacks" policy?0 -

I am not sure how up to date these stats are but the music industry shows little in the way of ethnic diversity with white people claiming 93% of the jobs. According to government statistics, less than 7% of jobs in the music, performing and visual arts industries where held by people that were black, Asian or minority ethnic or BAME.

typical namby-pamby PC brigade at work.
Shouldn't be allowed unless I can advertise a job for whites only, or 21 year old leggy blondes only.0 -
I was referring to rap artists.
If you set up a recording company you I don't think you will get very far with rap artists alone, producers etc may be key lol
I am also assuming that you were in such a hurry typing that when you said "no blacks" I am assuming that you mean "Black, Asian, and minority ethnic"Recently married and loving it x0 -
