Done a normal shop in As last night and bought some of their sun lotion which was reduced to 50p each but when checking the apg I notice it showed the multi buy on one not the amount I paid

    2 x ASDA Protect Sun Lotion Spray SPF 30 (200ml) £6.00 £6.00
    2 x ASDA Protect Baby Sun Cream SPF 50 (100ml) £1.00 N/A

    so paid 40p good spot

    :hello:

You've probably already noticed (I know the Elite are very quick) that the A Counter Cod Fillets are back at £2.50/2 for £4.00 vs 84p T. Also the CBY Jam & Cream Doughnuts £2.00 vs 57p. Not sure if these might work just yet, as may have changed price on msm for T today - has anyone at this early hour had them comparing.

Morning all, I noticed the cod on msm on Thursday and will be buying some later today so hopefully it compares .

Depends what you call "normal" shops, normal to us or normal to everyone else? I had a coupon shop last week that got it down from £31 to £9, that is normal to me, it wasn't a PP shop though, that is the other version of normal.

I personally think that "normal" people are mad to shop as they do!

    Morning!

Westie well done on the course. Can't wait to see some of the fruits of your labours.

As a fitness fan, can I ask if you've ever tried Crossfit? Or if anyone on here has?

Oh and re: vinted app that I posted about the other day. I signed up and was given a £9 voucher to spend. No minimum spend. So essentially you can get a piece of clothing (or two) for free. You just pay postage. I'm assuming all new sign ups get this? Just a little heads up.

I've done crossfit. Although I liked it, it's a bit too much cardio for me. Whilst I like running and walking, I believe that simple (proper) free weights are sufficient. In fact I love free weights! Heavy squats, dead lifts, weighted lunges, overhead press, dips and pull ups. What more does a girl need?

I have some good news myself. A director friend of mine who I've worked with on a few occasions has just been asked by a Canadian production company to do some work for them. They asked him if he had a producer in mind he'd like to work with and he recommended me :)

We're meeting up next week to talk about the series and what it would involve. Might mean a trip to Canada at some point (a girl can dream). I also had a call from my old company yesterday to check out my availability.

    *raises glass and crosses fingers*

    That is great news Emmap,

All of Elite have their fingers crossed for you xxxx
