Hugs to Evangeline and FC. Kids eh. Certainly keep us on our toes and at whatever age add to our rich tapestry.........
Elainem....did you see Durhams post the other day about the 4p item in Durham T?
Westie.....brilliant news about the college course..........I find it hard to believe that you ever stopped the healthy living:eek:
Off for toast and tea.
Oh yes....nerfy......you make me smile:j
Hi TM,
No I missed the post re Dur@@@m 4p items. I have had a really busy week so skimmed a little bit but never managed to catch up. I need to pop there today/tomorrow as have £20 points points to use before end August. I will try and look back for the post. Thanks for the heads up.
ps - I still have your 1p chocs.0 -
:hello:
Nothing like 4p and 1p from me I'm afraid:(.
You've probably already noticed (I know the Elite are very quick) that the A Counter Cod Fillets are back at £2.50/2 for £4.00 vs 84p T. Also the CBY Jam & Cream Doughnuts £2.00 vs 57p. Not sure if these might work just yet, as may have changed price on msm for T today - has anyone at this early hour had them comparing?
Also this Savvy tempter item:
A CBY Strawberry Trifle (600g). This has a very good price by weight for T.0 -
I wonder:eek: if this item would compare vs Morries:
Al Madinah Dates Company Tomoor Khudry Dates with Seed (500g)
£2.30 at
46p/100g
Add to basket
Price Comparison
M £1.00
A £2.30
T £3.99 *
S N/A
W N/A
It looks like it has just gone up from £1 to £2.30:eek: in A, so maybe if you find it at £1 in A. If you got Morries' £1 price (or cheaper), it would be better than the packet Pitted Dried Dates (500g, £1.49 in M) - except if there is a lot of seed and you don't count that as being part of the product!:rotfl:
I didn't seem them in M. I wouldn't put it past me to have missed them though:eek::laugh:. Are they are a local product?!? I think they won't pick up many local products on the APG, as they 'only' check 6 stores, so not every location. Wondering if anyone has them in M in Letchworth or Stewartfield:rotfl:.0 -
Done a normal shop in As last night and bought some of their sun lotion which was reduced to 50p each but when checking the apg I notice it showed the multi buy on one not the amount I paid
2 x ASDA Protect Sun Lotion Spray SPF 30 (200ml) £6.00 £6.00
2 x ASDA Protect Baby Sun Cream SPF 50 (100ml) £1.00 N/A
Would make a good filler against Ts if bought in 2s you would get 60p back on a £1 spend, thats if you can find the sun lotion, my store didnt have many left0 -

Yes, it does, many thanks!:)
Sorry, my head not in right place, the above matter should have clicked with me earlier!
Cue zippy to tell me I am slacking:rotfl::eek:.0 -
Good morning all, the sun is out here.
Had a quick skim back but that is all, have to get out in a short while. That said, I actually get to decide what to do with my day today
FC, hope your son is OK, they can be right idiots! I recall nearly nine years ago my son was at the Christmas party for T where he used to work, we went to bed not expecting to see him till the morning but knowing he had to get up. I knocked him up in the morning and he shouted back that he had the day off. Strange I thought but fair enough, he came down about 2pm (normal for him when he had the day off) and part of his head was shaved! He had fallen over drunkenly at the party and gashed his head, had spent half the night in A&E, had several stitches and come home by taxi (paid for by T). We asked why he had not called us and he said he did not want to disturb us as it was past midnight!!!! He was 18 so old enough to say he did not want us called  If I had known I would have kept an eye on him but he was fine. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Wrote a long post to Westie but somehow lost it.
Anyway in a nutshell -
Easiest exercises for stomach and inner thighs ? Do you have any suggestions Westie please as I cannot motivate myself to tone up these last 2 areas. Everything else I have sortedTia xx
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.
No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.0 -

One or two of you may remember that I was suppose to go to Aberdeen college to do a HND in Photography but with the move I had a tough decision to make, stay there and do the course or move - a decision that drove me to distraction but turned my back on Aberdeen college in favour of the move. Went for an interview yesterday and have been accepted to do a BA (Hons) in PhotographyStart this September :eek:
Well done! You'll be able to give me lots of photography tips! :T
Good morning all and have a great weekend!“Life moves pretty fast. If you don't stop and look around once in a while you could miss it.” ~ Ferris Bueller0 -
