After getting fed up of run keeper and map my run aps not accurately tracking, measuring walks I spent 69p and bought Garmin fit which accurately tracks and measure walks, so recommend it if you are looking for something reliable Want to get back to 12min/per mile for two miles :cool: Yesterday gave it a bash after not timing for a couple of years and way off pace at 13.02min/mile. Something to work on.........

Westv, well done on getting on the course. Am I right in thinking you've posted some photos on here before. I know someone has and they were good, so hope it was you.

E1971, (((Hugs))) How difficult it must be for you. I know it doesn't make it better but I would imagine that as SS is spending the most time with his mum and family that he would see them as the 'right' ones and if anything negative has been said he would take it in. It's such a shame but I've seen many a child used in this way, punishment as it were, for the ex-oh. He's only 13 which is old enough to choose how to behave but he's young enough to be heavily influenced. And, kids being kids, I would imagine he sees time with your side of the family to be 'holiday' time so expecting treats etc is normal. (I'm not saying it's acceptable, just that I can see why he thinks that.)

As for your boys, is there any way you could see them on neutral ground? Maybe that would avoid the friction with oh but you'd still be able to have a relationship. Thankfully for me I'm not in this position but maybe there's someone else who has more ideas, so sorry if I'm not helpful. Just didn't want to read and run.

Mum rang last night she had forgot potatoes at Mr T so would I get her a bag from corner shop big potatoes. Went earlier and got wet through but got potatoes £1-35 for 2kg they smallish potatoes though

I don't know about the bar codes but you want to buy the shampoo instore as the conditioner is a trigger online only. Hth.
