Yes, all N/A to everywhere with the exception of this which shouldn't go in an A v S shop. It's N/A to everywhere else

4 x ASDA Wine Selection Argentinian Chardonnay Torront... £12.00 £20.00

    Morning!

Westie well done on the course. Can't wait to see some of the fruits of your labours.

As a fitness fan, can I ask if you've ever tried Crossfit? Or if anyone on here has?

I have seen, read and had a bash at one two things, certainly something i'd look into further if there was a gym that offered it, but i'm quite happy with weights and walking just now.

Wrote a long post to Westie but somehow lost it.
    Anyway in a nutshell -
Easiest exercises for stomach and inner thighs ? Do you have any suggestions Westie please as I cannot motivate myself to tone up these last 2 areas. Everything else I have sorted :) Tia xx
And my response to you was also lost as I got signed out.....

Inner thighs - first thing that comes to mind are side lunges - i usually add a 10kg dumbbell held close to the chest.

Wide squats can also add extra weight and to make it harder lift your heals as high as you can off the floor.

Core definition essentially boils down to a low body fat %age

For core work take a look here:

I quite like to do the simple stuff - leg raises - lie with shoulders off the floor, legs slightly apart raise them straight up to a vertical position slowly and slowly back down, thats 1, do for a 100 :)

    Bicycle crunches.

Keep the core tight as you exercise even just walking, cycling practise keeping it tight - it all helps :)
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.
