Well I have been biggest numpty ever hoped I would rinse and repeat online orders for Ariel gel I mentioned other day in conjunction with Mr TS's 3 x £5 off.

Even after, shirley999 posting about possibility of PP too I only did the first order today and his code expires tomorrow. :o

I embarrassingly totally missed the deadline for the £3 for £15 off laundry.

I don't think I quite have this :money: lark up to speed yet. :rotfl:

I have seen, read and had a bash at one two things, certainly something i'd look into further if there was a gym that offered it, but i'm quite happy with weights and walking just now.

And my response to you was also lost as I got signed out.....

Inner thighs - first thing that comes to mind are side lunges - i usually add a 10kg dumbbell held close to the chest.

Wide squats can also add extra weight and to make it harder lift your heals as high as you can off the floor.

Core definition essentially boils down to a low body fat %age

For core work take a look here:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kYcrMejXlw8

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k7IVC2Eqr_k

I quite like to do the simple stuff - leg raises - lie with shoulders off the floor, legs slightly apart raise them straight up to a vertical position slowly and slowly back down, thats 1, do for a 100 :)

    Bicycle crunches.

Keep the core tight as you exercise even just walking, cycling practise keeping it tight - it all helps :)

Thankyou for this Westie. I like the look of these and hopefully that will give me the motivation I'm lacking in these 2 areas. I appreciate your time :) xx
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.
