Isnt payday depressing
It goes into the bank, you fill in the sections on your chart, all the direct debits will go out on Monday, the graph on the line looks no better and then all the excitement is all over for the month.
Also realised that eldest son, half our age, because he has had a promotion and he also get the overseas payment allowance is earning more than OH
It is, especially since the majority spend more than a 3rd of their day working if you include travel time then not much to show at the end of itBrings to mind the Placebo track "Slave to the Wage" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gVT_3PEgDIM

I only got one order in don't think I really needed to order any more (didn't stop me trying to place a second order though)
I'd much prefer the gift set glitches again, those are fab lazy gifts for my present cupboard :jHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!
Mortgage started June 2015 = £170,000 January 2022 = £134,000
Saving for Xmas 2022= . . Amazon £55

I do get a little buzz when I pay off a load of debts on payday (I have to stop myself from over paying them! )
But agree it's depressing when you see it come in and vanish again.
Even worse today as DH overtime hasn't been paid to him properly :mad:Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

I still have a few gift sets left and lots of little bits from the bags for life that glitched even after giving one away of those. I wrapped up few things for the girls stockings last year but would have been ridiculous to wrap it all with other things I got.
I can't even remember what year I got them. :eek:0 -
Has anyone here ever used the app Vinted? I've got a few nice ish bits of clothes I'd like to sell. Ebay can do one and I don't really like gumtree.
No, never used Vinted, sorry.
Just wondered if a s\h or vintage clothes shop or market stall might be an option? Bound to be lots near you. Probably get less than via t'interweb, but would be a quick sale and less hassle.'It is better to remain silent and be thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.'

Hello everyone:). I'm here to cause upset and consternation to all today:(:(:rotfl:.
I don't know about this. I thought it was that most people (non-Asperger's) at work spent two-thirds of the day checking their i-Phone, surfing non-work-related stuff on the internet and chit-chatting with their colleagues, whereas Asperger's spent the whole day working and chatting to no-one:o (though I exaggerate a bit... on that last one:rotfl:). So I'd query a little, just a gentle query;):rotfl::rotfl:, that the majority actually spent a third of their day working.
Of course, I've no source for my 'two-thirds of the day' thought. It's just something I've got vaguely from somewhere, perhaps it's actually closer to 85 or 90%:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. Oh...another pointed barb from me:mad::rotfl:; I always know to go to the jugular:o:o:eek::rotfl::rotfl:.0
