Dunno how i managed it with the body shop glitch but if you play around it lets you add the free items twice ;)
I couldn't get them to go on a third time though.

I am hoping to have lost over 2 stone in total for Christmas :santa2:
I find the Slimming World diet easy to do 11 lbs in 6 weeks :T was hoping for a stone before I went back to work but it wasn't to be. :(

Have a look on this thread Nannylala ;)https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/5014822

I joined online for the 3 months but when my 3 months is up I am going it alone with the help of the above thread :)

I am also on week one - using myfitnesspal on my ipad and a step counter - apparently its going to be 39 weeks before I am anywhere near what is considered "normal" -
(no I am not the size of a routemaster bus, size 14 on the rear and nearer 16 on the top half)
if your physical health will allow it then setting yourself a target for steps really helps. I set myself a low 6 thousand but I've actually been doing over 12 each day and it really seems to be making my metabolic rate move
I've never had to worry about my weight very much but hormones sabotaged me and so this is a whole new world of misery and pain I am having to get used to - or not!

(39 weeks - OMG I could have had a baby in that time!)

    HI all

This week has been so busy. I'm shattered and I actually have earned the tiredness !

My head is full of marketing, management, accounting , databases and HR.

The classes have been long but interesting on the whole. I have worked the other days and the family been mucking in with the house stuff.

I also had polling clerk training. A glutton for punishment.

AT work now trying to read some stuff for college but was too tempted to come and say hello and try and read through. I did try to read some bits during the week but boy can you guys talk !!

If I have missed any birthdays Im sorry and I hope you all had great time.

Bubbs How you feeling ? I seen a mad post the other night that seemed to relate to you. Is your Op next week ?

FC your boy , please start writing a book, it would sell like hot cakes. Can I have a first edition signed please ?:D

Big hugs to everyone. Im hoping to get more used to the work /college thing but it may not be possible

    xxxxxxxx

You will be fine once you get settled into a routine. It's hard work trying to juggle studying/home/work but it'll settle down. It's just an overwhelming amount of new information to get your head round at first.
I'm sure you'll make every success of it hug4.gif

I was just about to give it a go, Mr TS driving mad keeps using my lappie instead of his Mac.

That was what he wanted and I could have saved lots of money just getting him another laptop. He is struggling to find his way around the Mac but it was his choice.

    Now I have missed a glitch. :(
