Found one pair of 1p earphones :). Had security tag on :(.

Thought I would chance it, pay and then get tag removed :). Foiled - SSS spotted the tag, said she would remove it, spotted 1p, said I couldn't buy it :(.

Ah well, worth a shot :).

Also looking at long winter tops that's if their Winter collection in yet.

I have a purple, pink, white woolly cowl jumper that must be at least 7 years old :o it comes out of hibernation every winter its so cosy and warm I cant throw it away nothing wrong with it :D

Was only last year I threw out a Sweater shop cardigan :o Will admit it was a bit holey but hadn't been worn out of the house for a couple year. They shut their shops years ago

One of the things I did get to do this afternoon was to use my Marks mailing MOC which was £5 wys £25 on food and wine, expiring today.
I also had a Green redeem and some loyalty vouchers for £3.

so as nothing took my fancy in the food dept I got wine. Marks wine starts at £5 a bottle  - even the bog standard house stuff.
But at the moment there is a "save 25% on 6 bottles offer" so at least that makes it £3.75 per bottle, not a bad offer.

I got 4 bottles of Snaper Shiraz and 2 Snaper Chardonnay - £8.50 each but these are on offer 2 bottles for £12,
6 bottles with an initial full price of £51.

my receipt looks a bit odd - can a maths genius explain please :D

    it says
    spend £25 save £5 - that's the GR voucher
    WOM 2 for £12 - this took £15 off (£51 - £15 = £36 for 6 bottles)
    spend £5 save £5 - that's the mailing MOC
    buy 6 save 25% - £6.50

so that brought the total down to £19.50 and I used my £3 Marks reward vouchers to take it down to £16.50 so slightly below the mystery wine price, quite happy with this.

I cant figure out the 25% though - I knew I would not get
25% of £51= £12.75 - that would be too much to hope for
    but
    25% of £36 = £9

so somewhere along the line Ive lost £2.50 :(

    Or have I?

Although I cant even complain as the two conditional vouchers look the same on the receipt so that would take some explaining :(
