    Hi again folks.

    The e-mail has been sent.

As I was typing it, I realised other categories who would fall into the 'visitors' category. Every day a postman parks his car at the top of the road to deliver letters to the street. I wonder if he will be given a visitor's permit. Also emergency services, eg, fire, police, ambulance, doctors (unmarked vehicle), electricians, plumbers all who would visit without giving 48 hours notice. I realise that in practice they would not ticket an emergency service vehicle, but it is good to wind them up how inadequate their 'rules' are

I also ended by presuming that the service is provided to the Management Company free of charge with the PPC taking in any income from 'fines'. I asked what happens if they don't receive sufficient income to cover their overheads?!

I am normally around most of the day and if I see any vehicle with a 'ticket' on, I will add my own 'Do not pay' message note to the windscreen !

I will keep you informed what follows.

BTW The companycheck links no longer seem to work ?!

Also can you, ampersand, give me further details - Co Dir A. Saliba who left the Board[19/07/04-25/07/07] runs the other Co. name variant[twice struck off in London Gaz.] It maybe useful for the future !
Thank you for reading this message.

You're right ILM - keeps coming up as a re-direct loop.
    I'll post a techie ?
    Good afterthoughts you have had.

I found the other info by hitting the available tabs for Directors, Notices, Accounts, Judgments, Status etc. Noticed a Ms Saliba involved at an earlier point for a short time.
But here, it appears to have been resurrected[dissolved24/03/09:], which ties in with Mr Saliba's re-involvement, n.b. co. no. differs, although address ties back to pepipoo post..

You seem to have all the information you need to see off this PPC, but do not expect much support from fellow residents, especially those on HB.

I recently tried to interest leaseholders in an approach to the head leaseholder, a Housing Association, asking them to reduce contributions to a sinking fund, On the 16 leaseholders, only two replied.

    Have you seen this?

Thanks, but I suspect the majority of residents cannot be bothered. They will put up their permits and worry no more (unless they have an unexpected visitor!).

..... unless it falls off their windscreen/dashboard; then they'll wake up and smell the dung!

Or until next year when the PPC inexplicably introduces a new version practically overnight when people are on holiday (August being the perfect time for that scam).

The Management Company were going to introduce the Scheme from the end of August, but they realised many people would be away and not aware of the scheme. They have put it back until 11 September.

BTW I have received an acknowledgement receipt (as I have previously) that he has opened the e-mail, but no response so far !

Which suggests he doesn't know how to turn off read receipts. :D It also means you have a proof of receipt for your email. ;)

Prepare to be surprised. They'll ticket anything that isn't currently moving.

You might get a bit of hassle putting flyers on the windscreens of ticketed cars (they guy that did it will still be hovering about), so it might be easier to post it through letterboxes if you know who the car belongs to. Maybe put some posters up in the closes as well for anyone passing.
