Then you're the first person to have raised this problem. If a lot of customers raise it they may fix it.
They're not going to fix an issue only one customer has raised (unless sales drop and they identify it's down to this issue).0 -

Firstly the main issue here is that SAINSURY'S must ensure that their web site is accessible to partially sighted users.
Secondly their support staff should be trained to correctly identify customer issues such as this.
The company I work for goes to great lengths to test in all supported browsers and devices at various screen resolutions and browser zoom settings.
So, is it "Sansurys", "Sainsurys", or Tesco? :rotfl:0 -
