    We know this, but ...
Why do the Sainsbury's support staff not tell the customers this ????
They said "No One else has this problem" !!!

Then you're the first person to have raised this problem. If a lot of customers raise it they may fix it.

They're not going to fix an issue only one customer has raised (unless sales drop and they identify it's down to this issue).

Thanks to all who replied with tips (which as a computer programmer I know these tips and tricks only too well).

Firstly the main issue here is that SAINSURY'S must ensure that their web site is accessible to partially sighted users.

Secondly their support staff should be trained to correctly identify customer issues such as this.

The company I work for goes to great lengths to test in all supported browsers and devices at various screen resolutions and browser zoom settings.

So, is it "Sansurys", "Sainsurys", or Tesco? :rotfl:
