Customer was having trouble completing an online order.
System Windows 8 - Screen size 1024 x 768
System Windows 8 - Screen size 1024 x 768
Internet Explorer 11 (Update 11.0.11)
With browser zoom set to 115% the "Continue" Button does not appear (should be on far right at bottom) and does not appear when using horizontal scroll bar.
Button does not appear until zoom level is set down to 105%
Customer has complained on at least four occasions and nobody could suss this one out.
Took me all of 5 minutes including filling the shopping cart.
Without the "continue" button it is impossible to complete the order, leaving it in limbo.
Regards
Mike Williams

Internet Explorer is one of the worst browsers. Try Firefox or Chrome, I do most my browsing with Chrome.0

I use Sainsburys online every week. I have my zoom to 100 per cent. Their website recently has been a bit buggy and I find even when I drop down to 90 or even 90 the scroll doesn't always show the shopping basket items. The bottom drops off. This is a recent thing. I would not call myself visually impaired, though I cannot see a person's face without my glasses, no could I read a book up close.
I don't take advantage of my own computers accessibility settings but zooming does not always work.
On their accessibility page they state:
The website has been designed to appear best on a monitor set at a screen resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels
Can you change the actual computer settings? I know most of them have settings for accessiblity. Zooming doesn't always work as it will obviously allow things to drop out of sight so to speak.
If you can adjust the settings on your computer you might find this works.
EDIT sorry just saw you put the screen size in your first post. Windows 8 may have something to do with this as sainsburys was fine before I ever used W8!The more I live the more I am shocked by ignorance, the more I realise we as a human race are doomed because of the chains we continue to wear.
People need to open their minds to the myriad of possibilities even in traditional circumstances. If I could delete my MSE account I would.0
