...and yet, you (naturally) complained and made them conduct an investigation because you couldn't remember how your transaction was authorised on this occasion. Imagine how much work it would be if everyone did the same as you when they had a lapse of memory, made the assumption that something they could not remember must not have happened and demanded proof their recollection of events was false.
Speaking for myself here, there's absolutely no possible way I would sign a withdrawal slip and not remember it. I'm a young man with all of my faculties and I would be able to say with categorical 100% certainty whether or not I signed something at a bank visit.
I have a colleague at work who forgets where he parks he car (not just where in the car park - but actually forgets which car park he parked in). That could never happen to me with my current state of mental health.What will your verse be?

Someone has to! Banks have been malpracticing fo centuries and they are quick enough to have a go at their customers for mistakes so it's time they got the dame treatment from their customers. People are capable of great things.
There was that guy recently who took DSG all the way to the Supreme Court and won.
Some bloke just formed his own company and built his own bypass and set up a toll road there.
To suggest that it's pointless to go on a crusade over something that clearly bothers you is very defeatist. Why shouldnt you stand up for what you believe in if that's what you want to do?What will your verse be?
