    I'm not missing the point. Since you failed to read the T&C's, you misunderstood what you were buying.
    Your fish analogy is simply not valid.
    It should be blindingly obvious why networks have to impose FUP's, because if not a tiny minority would exclude the bulk of users from accessing the service .
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
