My concern would be that all companies will jump on the same band wagon and eventually charge for any customer service call.Having got rid of the 0870 scam this will just replace it.
As for EE, expect a charge to enter their shops anytime soon...0 -
I think it's brilliant. Maybe that's because I was simply disconnected after trying to contact their customer service department today.
If this ensured I was put through to someone and not just disconnected, I'd take the hit.0
