picture 5 - someone needs a slap lol
it makes me feel clostraphobic, if you can do something about that you will get more views.
its not my cup of tea or something I would buy as a btl. However it looks functional possibly for a busy working couple.
I have not compared it to other house prices in that area so cannot comment on the price.
if you are getting a couple of viewings a week it will sell eventually.0

Does it have dedicated parking or just free for all parking spaces in the road and behind the property?................. ....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)0 ....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)0

It is a very small house, hence why we are selling! The area behind is a decking area for another house not a parking area, the house has it's own parking space at the front.
I will get the bathroom photo removed, any other suggestions to what we could do?0

wide angle photo/stretched photo's. the current photo's help emphasise the squashed/small look of the house.
 outside photo's are the worst.0

it's on for £10k too much. last sale on road (similar house) was £103k0

I disagree. I dont know about the NE but im turning business away at the minute as I genuinely cant cope with what I have on my plate.
Speaking to a lot of other brokers they are not quiet either.
I would say that it is slow in the NE Tyne & Wear. Our house (a town near the coast) took 2 years to sell (I know, it WAS the price) and other houses on the street also didn't shift. The street that we have just moved into south of the river, there are 4 up for sale and have been up a while.Ditch 100 in January Challenge 100/100

Personally - I am not really a fan of the layout, as the conservatory is used as a dining room, but you need to go through the living room to get to it. ~Would it be worth changing the layout a bit?
Also - the curtains from the living room to conservatory are very dark - and make the room look smaller, light coloured voile type curtains could work.
The small bedroom also seems very cluttered and looks very mismatch, and hide the potty and the clothes bin!
You need to maximise the space available, and make it look as big as possible!!Weight loss challenge, lose 15lb in 6 weeks before Christmas.0

I agree with lazer wholeheartedly, just small changes will put it in a much better light. Get on to the EA and get them back in and check the pictures first, afterall you will be paying for the service.
Relook at the price and consider what you realistically want against your need/desire/urgency to move. A quick sale at a slightly reduced price will reap benefit if you can move out quickly. If you stick at that price it could be on the market for a long time and you will not appreciate that.Nil Satis Nisi Optimum

it says "2 double bedrooms". to me the kids room is not a double bedroom.
looking at it, it's just too small, but there's not a lot you can do about that! so as others have said, reduce the price and it will sell.0

            Too small
Open plan kitchen lounge would put me off all that noise and smells.
Looks like the houses are crammed onto a small plot away from the executive type housing is there a reason for this. Usually shared ownership are put somewhere hidden away?
On the plus side it is well decorated and very clean and tidy.
 Good luck0
