Any feedback on why this house hasn't sold?
There have been plenty of viewings in 5 months, with all sorts of feedback, no consistent reason standing out.

Possibly the high banking at the side is putting people off when they see it?................. ....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)0 ....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)0

Its a nice house, but looks very small as does the garden.
I think it would be quite easy to outgrow the property personally.
If I was being quite fussy, the garden is not very private and with what looks like a car park right behind it - its not ideal.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Have you looked at the link yourself?
A very fuzzy picture of the bathroom - get this sorted.
Otherwise I can't see any particular reason since you have had viewings.
Is the one on at £113000 near you?
All a bit slow at the moment - probably because of the school holidays so just hang on in there or
 lower the price a bit
 consider renting it out
Above depends on your own position of course.
Nothing helpful to add as regards the presentation - seems fine to me.0

It's not a family house. It's very small, the garden is overlooked, and looks as though it might get groundwater run off from that banking. It's also priced substantially higher than the previous sale on that road.0

The pics aren't great, the garden looks horrid from the angle, like it is on a massive slope backed onto a car park, hardly private & relaxing, the bathroom pic is corrupted and it just generally looks a bit souless (sorry!) and pokey.
They need to get some wide angle shots & rethink the garden presentation.I don't respond to stupid so that's why I am ignoring you.

Artificial turf?? So its not even a real lawn? That would put me off straight away.

The house is beautiful and the kitchen/conservatory look great.
Only thing must be price! You have parking across the road?
You have decluttered the property and they are excellent photos except photo 5
What is at the back of the garden?
 Good LucK in selling0

It looks very nice for a small house.
 Any bedroom storage?
Most people may not like openplan kitchen and living space, living space looks like awkward configuration re storage units etc.0

Only one room downstairs would put me off. Stairs off the lounge area would also put me off - hard to keep warm in winter. Back garden being so overlooked would put me off. Maybe the neighbours look right down into the conservatory?
No idea how the price measures up for the area though. Can you get a 2 bed that's more private, with a separate lounge and kitchen and stairs off the hall for the same price nearby?0
