Cant offer much advice but just to say your home looks nice, it has a family feel to it that should appeal to many.
Does it have good local schools, lots of parents look for that.
Maybe the problem is price or that its not being marketed enough by the estate agents.
Anyway good luck.
I really wish houses where I live sold for around this price this would be about 260k + here. My children have no chance.0 -

This is exactly the point. For offers over to work the price needs to be well below the actual value in order to obtain the interest otherwise most people will look and say 'they ain't going to get that price.'0 -
