I have been slogging domesticusing my backside off today:cool::rotfl:

Also been doing some keep fit challenges by going on my Wii (Biggest loser and i have the dreaded Shred) Now that wobbling has settled down a lot, it makes sense to build it all back up again and lose some of the poundage:D

Sorted out cupboards and got rid of a lot of out of date medicines:eek: Well, when i say got rid of-they are in a bag ready for collection alongside DD2's diabetic paraphanalia....:o Needle boxes etc were all brought back from Uni digs as nowhere to deposit them in the area ( or more likely she didn't ask)

Three lots of washing on and outside, most are dried now...am i boring you all yet?:p

Tea planned and in the slow cooker-am trying out a nice SW friendly sweet and sour pork:D

I also visited my supermarket for a grocery list to stick to..needed to get the most out of my £15 voucher tha knows:D:D:money:

That's about it for today, i can report a NSD but obviously will be spending on shopping at some point.

Yes, folks i am asking myself the questions today.

I wonder if i am actually talking to another human being at Npower-One who completely misinterprets what i am saying and does something completely different...( insert head banging smiley)

So today i do my weekly check-find an email that says thank you for changing tarrif???? Nope didn't ask for that.

Not had promised phone call from the person who assured me they were personally on the case

Finally get a bill-only waited since the 9th August ( weirdly it showed as the 9th August, but i have been checking daily) and it shows a completely different amount on DD than the one we have been quoted in fact it shows £70 more!!%$^*$

Have also not had a) Promised compensatory money applied
or b) The promised February £100 discount applied either...yes, i know they changed the system, sad for them that i have the promise of that payment and it was showing all the way up until February.

So i have fired off yet another email to them and this time i am going higher...i think they have gone way past their limit for sorting out ( been going on since March)

Well that's where you went wrong. Any company whose name starts with npower is going to give you the impression they're staffed by chipmunks.

They're not at the bottom of the customer services league table for no reason.
