That does sound like a cheap week, I would have had a big breakfast and dinner and bought just fruit for lunch if it was all on expenses :rotfl: Did you have a good week?£20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0 -

Ive decided that as both children have school dinners, I am stopping a home cooked dinner in the evening. They dont need two large meals and dessert every day so Im saving the meals for weekends. I'll make then lighter meals in the evenings if its cold (jackets, omlettes, pancakes ect) and have sandwiches/wraps ect on other days with fruit and yogurt. It'll save me a small fortune!
Talking of small fortunes, DS's tuition has stopped so I took great pleasure in cancelling the DD! £30 every week bank heading for my savings account£20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0 -

Well the on site sandwich place is heavily subsidised, so it was still minimal. I went to meetings, one of them I said the same thing that I said in Jan 2013...... thinking of investing in a loop tape!£7468

No they don't need two main meals! Soup's always a good option as well for something warm and light when it starts getting colder.0 -

Happy October everyone!
I cant believe where the year is going, before we know it, it'll be christmas! (yay!)
I've done the figures for this month and it wont be half as good as last month. My aim it to reach £8k but that will take some doing. My savings from salary will be tiny as i have a few bills to pay off so everything will have to come from extra earnings. I need to super motivated if im to hit £10k by the end of the year!
Waiting on a bubblews payment again, they seem to be behind on payments for everyone.£20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0
