Its a CIPD course in HR, its just not what I expected and everyone is such a know-all. Im the only one who doesnt work in HR (but with the aim to) and Im finding it quite hard to relate the constant assignments to an organisation. Ive got another 6 months to go and Im not sure how much more role-playing in class I can take!£20k in 2023 = £2718 £2023 in 2023 = £196.41 Grocery challenge £250= £195.80 **MONEY MAKES ME HAPPY**0 -
Ah, I see! HR - nightmare city to me. Small business of 20 employees, so defo not big enough to have someone to deal with it, hence I do it myself. Reluctantly! Can't complain, most of the time, the lads are mint.
Masomnia, has just recently finished a load of CIPD stuff - and passed:T. He might be able to answer some of your queries. Comes across as a nice bloke, not a bit of a plantpot like some!
Have a nice weekend.0 -
PS Role play:eek:. My answer would be that if I wanted to be an actress, I'd have joined RADA!:rotfl:0
