Remove "Without Prejudice" from that letter, it merely serves to show that you don't know what it means!

  • The original £90 ticket was put on my windscreen on the 5th July.It is now the 12th September and I have heard nothing at all from anyone..neither Euro Car Parks nor the CEO or his Customer Services at Lidl,in response to my many communications I sent to them.Though I DO note that the Lidl Carpark in question is NO LONGER MANNED by any Euro Car Parks staff, though Euro signage is still there.I believe that The CEO has had his company's legal position checked out,(per pro The Daily Mail) and has been advised that he is probably acting illegally in trying to enforce via Euro. Why else would I not have had any reply from anybody ? (I did have an initial acknowledgement from Lidl Customer Services to my letter sent to The CEO pointing out he was acting illegally).

  • Going on the size of spaces I have had two occasions where I have had to ask a passer by to watch my baby in his pram on the pavement and I have had to reverse the car out of the car space holding up the traffic as people have parked so close to me that I can't get my son back in the car.

I try to use parent spaces wherever possible for this reason

Yep that's what I used to do with my children when they were younger; it's no big deal to put the pram with the brake on to one side, in view, not near where you are reversing. P&C spaces are a gimmick not a right and IMHO have no place in a retail car park - instead, there should be more disabled bays in many car parks as so many have a woeful provision. So-called Parent & Child bays are there for 'public relations' - a marketing gimmick ONLY and are more trouble than they are worth because some idiot parents then think they 'must' have 'their' special bay so they stupidly use a disabled bay. We've had threads posted by numpties saying exactly that - so if there were no P&C spaces they wouldn't have that 'I have a right' mindset. P&C spaces are not the same as a disabled space which is needed for disabled people and which is there for Equality Act reasons.

Why do parents think there are no P&C spaces on street provide by Councils? Because they are a figment of Retail Marketing Managers' imaginations to draw in families.
