Adult step children problems

Hi I met my hubby 7 years ago and we've been married for 5 years. I have one daughter who is now 16. Hubby has son age 24 and son age almost 22. Problems with both of them! . Actually it is much worse than that.

The Op and OH would be liable for the whole of the rent for however long it took the LL to throw them out; could be years. And with a proper guarantor in place, the LL has no incentive to throw them out.
