I am going to get a reputation here for a junk food addict but this one is a genuine complaint. I'm with Societys Child.

So.. you go to the loo in your chosen FF restaurant to wash your hands before collecting your food. Unless you can open a door by telepathy you have to touch the door handle to get out.

How on earth can you guarantee that the person before you has washed their hands ? You can't. End of story.

OP, find something else to worry about, it's not going to kill you.
