An update on those 6 LEDs elstimpo was getting rid of at the top of this thread - they're great. He'll sell you brighter or more efficient ones if you like for more money, but these ones are easily a match for, and in many cases far better than, some of the junk that some of the high street retailers are selling. Homebase for example are selling some out of date, overpriced stuff.

We've sold these bulbs for 2 years and only ever had 1 fail. Which is actually quite astonishing for any product in the electronics industry. Only reason for the clearance is that we have developed a new bulb with high CRI.
