Good morning

Starting to feel festive here :xmastree:... last weekend before Chrimbo after all... so it's about time :rotfl:

It's been another busy week and I'm pleased that I only have 2 more working days to get through next week.

This weekend is all about catching up with friends and delivering some pressies too.

I've had a lovely £85 arrive today for a mystery shop which came about on the back of an earlier survey. :T Didn't think I would get it this side of the holidays so quite chuffed

No other money news to report really.

Well the Christmas break is almost at the end for me. I've just arrived home and unpacked and now getting things ready for a return to work tomorrow

I have had a lovely time away though with family and can't believe how fast the last few days have gone :eek: Some lovely gifts, a few surprises and lots of food, drinks and laughs

I arrived home to find a cheque has arrived from RM to refund a delivery charge for a guaranteed arrival that they missed by 2 days. I will OP as soon as it's cleared.

No other money news although I have had 5 NSD which is great. No plans to go anywhere near the sales either

Well it was back to work for me today. There were more people in than I expcted too. Managed to get away half hour early so not all bad

Money news:

£92.95 survey money (and small TCB payment) has cleared and been OP'd today
Yesterday's cheque has been paid in - £7.15 - waiting for it to clear now

It's never really got above freezing here today so looking forward to snuggling down on the sofa later on.

It has gone decidedly parky here as well BW (funny how I always turn up on your diary when it goes cold).

Glad you've had a good break for Christmas, completely agree that it seems to have gone in far too quickly. Do you get any time off for the New Year?

Yes I am off Friday 2nd so another long weekend to look forward to. I could really get used to those

Well I can't believe NYE is here - the year really has passed in a blur!

I was at work today but the boss let us go at 12.30 - should have been 5pm so that was a result!
