Good evening - it's finally the weekend :j very very glad it's here. Although the weather isn't looking brilliant...which is a shame as been lovely all week and was looking forward to enjoying some sunshine.0

Hope you have a lovely thrifty weekend!Paid off mortgage nine years early in 2013. Now picking and choosing our work to fit in with the rest of our lives!
Still thrifty though, after all these years:D0 -
Thanks Squirrel
No plans for any spending so looking on track for that
Feeling a bit brighter today - amazing what a good night's sleep can do! Weather hasn't improved though
there was rain overnight and I believe more is forecast for later. I'm pleased I got my garden jobs done last week.
Have claimed £10.60 from Pbase - just waiting for that to arrive. Otherwise surveys are just ticking along. No where close to cash out on anything else right now
Disappointed that several of my current and savings accounts have announced rate cuts
Need to look around to see what other options are out there... more things for the to-do list....

Must be something in the air today Cath - as I feel that way too! Although tbh I'm struggling with motivation for anything much at weekends at the moment. Weekdays are so full on right now that I can just about manage the bare minimum and that's about it! Today hasn't been overly productive

Morning
A couple of things I had forgotten I'd done yesterday:
- my book review (finally!)
- checked my camera and ordered a new battery ready for my trip
- downloaded some new ebooks (also for the trip)
So not a total wipe out of a day after all
Today will be another fairly quiet day but various house jobs to do and a couple of errands to run (if the weather stays dry)
