For anyone doing a CnC Ariel Pods Shop.

My Mum bought them CnC the other day when the were £6. Came back N/A to S and M (lol) and compared to T.

I will post the results although, I will add….

    NOT FROM TODAY!!!!!

    3 x Ariel 3in1 Pods with Febreze - 38 Washes (38) £18.00 £36.00

Therefore keep your shop neutral as it may go S or it may go T (hopefully one of them).

Judy proctor doesn't know if he's male or female:rotfl:

    :rotfl:

I replied with a few questions.

    One of which was:

'Could you please clarify your gender as you state that you're 'Mrs Judy Proctor' but you describe yourself as 'the happiest Man on earth?'

    Hi everyone,

I've not been around for a while due to work related stress, its been hard for me to concentrate on money saving :( Some of you may remember I'd been having a lot of problems with work. More recently my boss made a giant leap from being bad to unbearable. I've been off for 3 weeks now and have a sicknote for 3 months for stress and anxiety. I won't be going back there though.

I've decided to make the effort to get back glitchy shopping again as my MIL will be helping us out whilst I'm out of work so I want to help her by doing her shopping :) Also because I need to start saving cash again and to take my mind off my worries :)

Glad to see that the Asda creamy ice cream is still giving a good return. There were a few unseen by MSM items in the 2 for £3 multibuy there which made it an even better bargain. I noticed they are on MSM now though but I'll have a look instore for others, I'm sure there will be something new :) I'm quite excited about coming back now :)

Apologies for me initially missing the point. Very sorry to hear this. And :oI don't know what to say, I'm sure other people will step in here and say what I should be saying.

Stress affects people in different ways. With me, it was actually concentrating on money-saving that helped divert away from stress. The stress wasn't work-related but arose from something else. I can certainly relate to not being able to concentrate - that's part of the signs of it and I did, at times, struggle with concentrating at work when I was having other things on my mind.

I don't know if you need me to be writing about it here - reading about stress can itself be a cause of stress. As I said, I don't really know what to say (or how to say it) here but try to relax, go on some forest walks or places with nice scenery or something, think of the good things and remember, and perhaps try to get back to, things you used to do years ago that, somehow, may have fallen by the wayside. Sometimes getting back to the inner child in ourselves can help here - and just look after yourselves, eat well, take it easy on yourself and cut yourself some slack.

    All the best.:)

Btw, I left work several months ago - some people may have worked this out from what was suggested. I left with my health getting much better and back to right again (still not quite there), left under a voluntary arrangement, from which I came out of quite well indeed, and haven't looked back since. I enjoyed my job, I was lucky to have a job like that and I don't think I'll ever get that goodness ever again (I'm sure something unexpected will come up, in a good way) - but I definitely made the right decision. I'm currently enjoying a break off, it was just, in a way, getting to a stage of being too much. Maybe, in a longer-term, I'll think differently but for now I'm not doing too badly and my money-saving might well mean what I have could last me the rest of my life:rotfl::rotfl:.

Cadbury Dairy Milk Marvellous Mix Ups with Oreos (110g) £1 in my A …. mentioned before, however I can't order them :(
  • I have in my fridges and/or on my counter tops

    10lb of plums
    16 large oranges
    Strawberries
    Raspberries
    Lemons
    Limes
    Rhubarb
    Bramley apples
    Blackberries in the freezer

I don't have any wine making equipment. Really the only jam I'd make that would be eaten so don't really want to make more, same with chutney.

I have plenty of lemons and limes sliced in the freezer so would rather do something a bit different with them

Freezers are looking very, very full so may be quite tricky to get more in.

There will be crumble made later :D

Any other ideas? Please and ta!

Apple and raspberry crumble is very nice, as is a nice rhubarb meringue pie (stew down rhubarb, cool, whip up a couple of egg yolks and add to the rhubarb, pop in a pastry case, use the egg whites for the meringue on top).

As for the plums, plum butter would make a nice change from jam :D

    Afternoon all
I'm going to be passing mr t in slough tomorrow.have any regulars to this store had any problems using apg's and the moribobs meat vouchers?
    Tia:D

Havent used m vouchers there, but apgs, but they like to look at the receipt to check the dates match... who knows why?
Last weekend when I tried for the first time, I was told because it was from sada in a different town i couldnt use it. I pointed out that the ts in that town wasnt accepting the coupons, only a few nationwide and the customer services person was most surprised. I was then allowed to use it.
:hello: The grass is not greener, it just looks that way from a distance :hello:

For some reason when it re-started the time on it was an hour early.

maybe the daylight saving hour was added twice or a different time zone under settings? - you'll see which one in six months... :D

as always the voice of sanity and reason :0

Also chicken dippers are one of my secret vices so these are also on the nicely forming sada v morribos list :T

I wouldn't be - assuming that this is reported as comparing vs M at £1 (I've not caught up:o:o) and isn't just against T - I'm aware of the product and price in M but not fully aware of how it is comparing vs M - so, assuming it's reported comparing vs M, I'm totally unworried by an N/A against M on msm.co.uk. It seems Morries' website only has about three quarters of the items that are actually available in M.

I had no concerns or worries at all when I bought this earlier:

Birds Eye Crispy Chicken Dippers (12 per pack - 220g)

    £1.69 atStore_2.15px.png

    76.8p/100g

    Add to basket

    Price Comparison

    A £1.69
    T £1.69
    M N/A

    M comparison on APG:
    1x Birds Eye Crispy Chicken Dippers (12 per pack - 220g)£1.69 £1.00

    Just like I knew!:)
