Thank you for all the fridge links/suggestions :T:T Should be able to sort that one out no problem.
Poor DS2 is in a proper state. His PC was being restored to factory settings over night. Needs doing every six months or so because he jam packs it with carp! For some reason when it re-started the time on it was an hour early. He didn't know this
:o So he got dressed an hour early, ate his food an hour early, opened his coke can early etc.......I can't even describe how upset that's made him. Tears and everything
He's gone out to bounce.....:o
:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: (I'm just ''ing, with effect, about how could you cope with the time being wrong?!?:rotfl:)
I think, if he did that, he needs to be bouncing for exactly one hour to get back to the time it really is. But joking aside - I should not be joking - I hope that in the end he gets better over this and I know I can't understand how it is to handle things from your point of view. In a way you must be 'used to him' but it 'can't be easy' but, I also like to think, life throws up these challenges and different ones for different of us to deal with and hopefully by and large we get by/manage/achieve good things.
On a totally separate, and possibly now trivial by comparison, matter: how is he coping with George Alagiah not being on?0 -

I used to work with your lot, PPU, doing s47.Ladyshopper wrote: »I'm veggie karlie, so don't buy that stuff. I tend to stick to "boring" cheeses, as when I buy the nice ones, I can literally eat the whole block in one sitting. Tesco used to do a lovely one with pickled onion in, could demolish that in seconds. I now treat myself to the caramelised onion one from asda every now and again, it's lush! I definitely cannot be trusted with cheese around!
I also used to be a veggie… for 30 years, and I then I had a Morribobs sausage last night! Mr Morribobs was happy
On a serious note, it has taken about 12 months of thinking about eating meat again. I was not impressed with the sausage… I am now trying to figure out whether I want to eat the lamb casserole I have made OH and DS3 for their tea!:o:o:o

Imdebtfree, was it your son that was ill? If so how is he?
Hiya, yes, he has a cancerous brain tumour. Next 3 monthly MRI in 2 weeks. His epilepsy has been getting worse last month or two even with the meds and he's getting very unsteady on his feet, so chances are its grown but we dont know. Its been a year since surgery, and we are adapting to living with it most of the time!
But with that, revolving doors for DDs 1 and 2, and DSS 1 and 2, and trying to work full time, dont get much time for shopping or keeping up with the elite
But got an hour to myself so thought I'd post.
How you getting on? Isnt there a balloon festival your way soon?:hello: The grass is not greener, it just looks that way from a distance :hello:0 -
I remember someone saying that they had been charged for going over their BT broadband allowance a couple of months ago, was it snap?
Anyway, if it was you, looks like they had problems, and will be refunding.
