Watching Good Will Hunting. Such a good film. So sad that someone so talented was blighted with depression :( even sadder that he hid it so well and worked to such a high standard.

My OH was offered a job recently.....only 2 days a week, no pressure, a nominal wage and he won't take it :( we don't need the money and that didn't come in to it. He won't take the job because he has no belief in himself :(. It's sad.....he used to command troops in a war situation and he hasn't the confidence to take a job doing something he's really good at :(
    it's despairing

I've finally gotten around to looking at FB today and noticed this comment on 10 ways
Bit random but Heinz baked beans are £1 in Asda for a 5 pack. Not a glitch or anything, it's a proper shelf price might help someone since it's a bargain!

Not sure if anyone needs Heinz beans but you never know

I think I'm the youth of today still :D (b. 1983) and I know who Ken Bruce is. I would have been sooooo excited and my dd (15) and ds (11) would have recognised his voice although they do protest occasionally at radio 2 :rotfl:
