It is absolutely wonderful. We went to Bangkok, Phuket then Hong Kong. The only problem is it spoilt me for fresh fruit. Imagine this, lying on a desert island (got there by speedboat) that you can walk round in 10 minutes, selection of local fruit brought round by waiters. Pineapple that tastes absolutely nothing like pineapple in this country, lychees that still have the white outer skin on, all sorts of extremely fresh fruit. I have never touched a pineapple in this country since that, it simply is not the same :o

Same in Goa and the lovelt cashew nuts yum yum, and when you want drink just wave your arm and they coming running, put your parasol up for you and even went to pharmacy for hubby when he got blood poisoning, fantastic and friendly people:T:T

I made banana cake from the thrifty book.

Also had a posh beef stir fry with a 10p bm sauce.

Got my free bucket and sponge today.

Only shop that wasn't mse was my wallpaper from Wilko at 9.95 a roll. Need two rolls for my little hallway. My friend does my DIY though so that's the mse bit.

Back to work tomorrow but got a nice healthy lunch at least.

    Sounds like a dream

It was :D The funny thing was there was some Americans on the speedboat with us. We chose to ride in the front, love doing that but it is a very bumpy ride, the Americans obviously saw we had a good time. This was only a 20 minute ride though, the trip to the next island was twice as far but not quite as bumpy. The Americans decided to ride on the front but rapidly turned a funny colour so the boat had to stop to let them down to the back :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Yep I remember reading about a bakery one as well  :rotfl:

I'm kinda almost hoping that one isn't true, especially if it's no minimum spend! Don't think I would have the strength to resist :rotfl:
