thanks jelly for the roasted pepper soup idea i love soup so will give it a go
don't forget to add some Worcestershire sauce (or Hendersons Relish if you;re veggie) and some vodka - a good glug of each, or about 3-4 tablespoonsful ... really makes a difference. And thyme is a great herb to add when you're roasting the veg (a mix of roasted peppers and roasted tomatoes is lovely, too).

I bet your gift card will be for £1:eek:
  • Had a family outing to Morries this afternoon. We each had a basket and a coupon, including DD who is 4  She was very pleased with herself picking her own fruit and then putting it through the SS tills and paying with a coupon like mummy :D

I had an attempted trouting though  After OH and DD had put their shops through I went to do mine. When the SA came to put the coupon through she insisted on reading the T&C's and said it was only one per customer and that my daughter and husband had already used them :rotfl:
I very politely pointed out that we weren't all the one person we were 3 separate people and were using one each. She didn't really have a response to that. Think she was more annoyed as my shop came to exactly £5 and it just spat my receipt out :rotfl:

I had made a flippant comment to the boss… who said go for it, so we did. But I did not get paid for a month… although I worked for a week of the holiday.

It was the first holiday we had had for 8 years, we went to see ds1 who was over there for a year. He had been in the middle east for 3 years before, in some places that I could not visit without getting stoned!

He is now in Dubai, so can visit him again but may have a heart attack at the prices.

I would recommend Thailand, it is lovely x

I would love to go to Thailand :o:)
